Are you struggling to start producing music?
You have musical ideas you envision yourself creating, but aren’t sure how to get there
You try tutorials, but feel lost and overwhelmed
You open a DAW and have no idea where to start
You’re not sure what information you need/don’t need to create the music you want
You’re not alone — and it’s not your fault. Most beginners just need the right roadmap and support to get results.
I’ve been where you are
I started my journey in music after seeing Tiesto, Zedd, and Avicii at my first festival at the age of 18.
Before then, I didn’t even know DJing was an actual profession, nor did I think something of that scale could even exist. To see them bring thousands of people into their world for an hour, and essentially influence their emotions and energy for that period of time was such an intense experience to witness. I was instantly hooked.
I immediately picked up a beginner DJ controller after, and started down my musical path, playing club gigs and opening for respected DJs. However, after 3 years I hit a cap of how far I could go purely from DJing alone. I decided it was time to pivot to making my own music.
From then on, the next 10 years of my life was set, and it essentially kicked off what felt like the actual start of my life and purpose for existing. I’ve learned more about myself than I ever thought was possible, and it was filled with the highest highs, and the lowest lows.
Now at the tail end of a decade of committing myself to one craft, I’m able to express myself musically like I’ve always envisioned (coming from ZERO musical background), and I’ve re-entered the world of DJing + performance again, through music I’ve created on my own.
It was a long process, and definitely not easy, but a real path that can exist for anyone who simply has a deep love and passion for music.
